As the industry's first Thunderbolt-enabled CFast 2.0 card reader, the Sonnet SF3 Series – CFast 2.0 Pro Card Reader uses dual card slots to take advantage of the massive bandwidth offered by Thunderbolt technology. This CFast 2.0 reader is capable of downloading media files from two cards simultaneously at data transfer speeds of up to 1000+ MB/s - more than twice the average download speed of USB 3.0 card readers. Using the Sonnet Reader makes your workflow much more convenient and efficient.

The SF3 Series CFast 2.0 Pro Card Reader plugs directly into a Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 3 port on a Mac or Windows computer, or at the end of a chain of Thunderbolt devices. The SF3 series pro card readers feature durable aluminum housings that are designed to be stackable and daisy-chained, allowing multiple AJA PAK Media, CFast 2.0, CFexpress™/XQD™, RED MINI-MAG® and SxS™ PRO X readers to occupy the same space, while simultaneously connecting to a computer using one cable. You can take advantage of Thunderbolt bandwidth of up to 2800 MB/s on PCIe 3.0 x4 to insert four, six or more cards simultaneously!

Professional SF3 series card readers are fully compatible with Thunderbolt 4 computers, including Apple M1/M2 series Mac computers.
